Good App, close to Awesome

Q Branch takes its time delivering great features, little by little. The latests:
- Universal App
- Awesome Sync (thankfully NOT through flawed iCloud)

But at this price, I believe users deserve these 2 things as well:
1- Good support: My in-app feedback is many weeks old, and I never got the time of day...
2- Power-Search: multi-tags filtering, search terms highlighting and enumeration.
