Native iOS Notes app is easily 10x better

Please dont waste your money on an app that has seemingly been abandoned by the devs. Furthermore the native iOS Notes app is easily 10x more full featured than Vesper.

Features that Vesper doesnt have:

Support for 3D Touch

Support for Secure Notes

Drawing/Sketch Tools

Tight integration with Siri

Tight integration with iOS share sheet

Still not optimized for iPad Pro or Apple Pencils 3 months after release

Support for TouchID

Works seemingly across all of your iOS/OS X devices. Theyve been promising a Mac app for over 2 years now.

This app hasnt received an update in over 11 months (besides 1 small update to fix an annoying bug). I recently encountered a problem in which I seemingly lost months of data from multiple notes. I was able to resolve said problem myself, but in the course of trying to do so I contacted vesper support via both e-mail and Twitter. Over three weeks later, no one had responded. Gruber also failed to respond to multiple tweets, although he still heavily promotes Vesper on his site. Due to the lack of support, I honestly couldn’t, in good faith, recommend this app to anyone.
